This is starter legal copy and is not a substitute for attorney-reviewed terms. Paige Mendoza Photography collects the name, email, phone, and session details you send through the contact and booking forms so we can reply and plan your session.

Inquiries and consult requests are stored locally as JSON on the server that hosts this site. They are not sold. Emails may be used to follow up about the session you requested.

Client galleries are hosted by PassGallery. Shop payments go through Square's hosted checkout. Card data is entered on Square, not stored on this website.

Photographs made during a session are owned by Paige Mendoza Photography. Your print release lets you share and print; it does not let you edit the files.
